Read and Write Tool is a windows application that allows you to flash or write IMEI on the Mediatek, Spreadtrum/Unisoc, and Qualcomm devices (including feature phones, smartphones, and tablets).

It allows to read and Write the IMEI (supports single or dual IMEI devices).
To flash IMEI on Mediatek devices you’ll need to have the database File (AP, BP), which came with the device’s stock firmware.

To flash IMEI on Spreadtrum/Unisoc and Qualcomm FeaturePhone, Smartphone, and Tablet, it doesn’t require to add any database file (AP, BP)

Apart from flashing IMEI, Read and Write Tool also allows to flash the SN Address, APSN Address, MEID Address, Bluetooth Address, and WiFi Address on smartphones and tablets.

Read & Write Tool is compatible with all versions of Windows OS, including Windows XP to Windows 11 (x32 or x64 bit).

Caution : Flashing or changing IMEI other than the original is illegal in many countries and may cause serious trouble to you.
